I'm experiencing audio problems when making calls on Desktop for months now. I'm using Win 10/64bit and have USB mic. Voice messages work perfectly. Problem are calls. Other party cannot hear me. In Calls settings I can see that my mic is working fine. The mic levels are great. After I hangup and try to record voice message - it again works great. I think it is some issue with "routing" of the USB mic signal when making Telegram Calls. My mic works perfectly with any other VoIP apps (Zoom, skype, Viber, G Meet, MS Teams etc.). I'm using Samson Q2U mic via USB connection. Feel free to contact me if you devs need any other assistance that I may perhaps provide.

I have a similar problem after entering voice chats. But when I'm trying to unmute myself - always getting "Connecting…" error. PC, Windows 10, 64-bit.

I also have (almost) this problem. If I make a personal one-on-one voice call, I can hear the other side, but they can't hear me. I use a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset with a microphone, it is both recognized by Windows and Telegram call settings. It works well in other apps. I get the problem in Telegram Desktop 2.5.1 (on Windows 10 Pro x64), it appeared when video calls were introduced, before that I didn't experience the problem on the same hardware and the same Windows installation.

I can hear everybody in voice chat, but chat participants can't hear me

Hello! The devs have made some changes and we want you to try the beta-version, kindly open Settings > Advanced > enable 'Install beta versions'. The app will download v2.5.2, kindly check if the issue is no longer reproducible for you on that build.
Please let us know in reply to this comment. Thanks!
Hello! I've updated to v2.5.2 and tested voice calls on 2 different computers (both Win 10 Pro x64) with 2 different headsets. The problem is gone, audio works fine in both one-on-one voice calls and video calls. Thank you!
