Expected behaviour
The tweb.dependencies service installs dependencies, then the tweb.develop dev server starts on port 8080.
Actual behaviour
Building the tweb.dependencies image fails at RUN pnpm install:
[ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS] Ignored build scripts: @parcel/watcher@2.6.0, cpu-features@0.0.10, esbuild@0.17.19, esbuild@0.27.4, ssh2@1.17.0
Run "pnpm approve-builds" to pick which dependencies should be allowed to run scripts.
The step exits with code 1, so the build fails with: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c pnpm install" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1
Cause
.docker/Dockerfile_dependencies copies only package.json into the image. Since pnpm 11 (the repo pins 11.16.0), strictDepBuilds defaults to true, so pnpm install fails when the build-script approvals (allowBuilds) from pnpm-workspace.yaml are missing. pnpm-lock.yaml and the patches/ directory the lockfile applies are missing from the image too.
Suggested fix (verified locally)
Copy pnpm-workspace.yaml, pnpm-lock.yaml and patches/ into the image and run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile. With that change the build succeeds and docker compose up brings up all three services (the dependencies install exits 0, and the dev server serves HTTP 200 on port 8080).
Environment
Any OS. Docker 28.3.3, node:24 base image, pnpm 11.16.0.
