Title: Unreasonable Restrictions on Iranian Accounts
Description:
Viewing Premium Statuses: Non-premium Iranian accounts cannot see the statuses of premium users. However, purchasing a premium subscription from Fragment is straightforward for Iranians, and many Iranian users already have premium accounts. It doesn't make sense to restrict visibility in this way.
Steps to reproduce
1.Open the profile of a premium user who has premium status with non-premium account that is created by iranian number
2.The status isn't showing for the iranian, non-premium account
Non-Premium Iranian accounts unable to post Stories after February 2026 update 12.4 (bug or sync issue) Hello Telegram Team, My account has an Iranian phone number (+98) and is non-Premium. According to the official Telegram update 12.4 (February 2026), the restriction on posting Stories for non-Premium users in Iran (along with Russia and Ukraine) was removed, allowing free users to post 1 Story per day. I successfully posted one Story right after the update, but after 24+ hours (now over 5-7 days), I can no longer post any new Stories. The error message is: "Posting is currently available only to Premium subscribers" (or in Persian: " Steps I have tried multiple times: Updated to the latest app version (12.4 or higher) Cleared cache: Settings > Data and Storage > Storage Usage > Clear Cache Logged out and back in several times Uninstalled and reinstalled the official Telegram app Disabled VPN and tested with normal internet (currently in Italy, but phone number is +98) Waited more than 5-7 days This worked once, so it appears to be a sync bug, rollout delay, or remaining restriction on my specific account/number despite the official change for Iran. Please check and fix this for my account. Username: @Alireazjahan_79

Steps I have tried multiple times:
Updated to the latest app version (12.4 or higher)
Cleared cache: Settings > Data and Storage > Storage Usage > Clear Cache
Logged out and back in several times
Uninstalled and reinstalled the official Telegram app
Disabled VPN and tested with normal internet (currently in Italy, but phone number is +98)
