Granular precision to the “Save to Device” feature.
In Android there’s only a checkbox to mark that we want media to go to user’s storage, while in iOS there’s a handy feature called “Save Incoming Photos” that sends photos to user’s gallery and gives you the option to choose which “kind of chat” will be saving (as you can see in the photo attached here).
It would be amazing to have te precision of choosing, not only what kind of chat will save media to storage, but also which chats we want this feature on. Much like in privacy options in Telegram, but now directed to this functionality.
I want the media that I exchange with my friends and family to be sent to my gallery as a no brainer (it would be less cumbersome than having to select them to save, and I could see my Google Photos' gallery filled, for example), but I don’t want my gallery polluted by channels and other groups' media.
