A message info screen with more information about the 'read' status of messages:
Knowing that you can count on the fact that a certain group member read the message.
You can currently rely on a person's Last Seen status (if they are sharing it with you) to get a general idea of when they've read your messages – and whether they've read messages in your common groups.
If it's important to know when a certain message gets read in a group, you could ask your recipients to acknowledge they've read it (for example, with an animated sticker).

1) Create a separate channel/group type (ideal)
2) See the status ONLY for participants who were added by the administrators
The only workaround I found is to send the message as the description/title of a poll setting the vote as public unticking anonimous vote
Probably Skype has good UX in this area: you can see user pic (or several and text +N, when there is too many users read a message) under a message last read by the user(s), you can tap on the list of user pics to see full list, this feature is unavailable for large groups (above 20 users or something).
