Since 48hs from now, more and more audio messages sent, of variable length from 1 second to even a half and 1 30, are shown as Empty Message in the Desktop App, or Empty File with 0bytes size in the mobile app. This happens both to sent and received multimedia. Videos also have this issue, being shown as Empty Files. I've alreday trying updating the app to no avail.
Steps to reproduce
It is a random generated bug. I could n't find any pattern like number of files or messages sent. However...
1 - Try to send one or more audios (voice messages)
2 - The second, or third audio sometimes is shown as Empty File.
3 - Video messages also have this issue.
Notes & Issue
Empty bubble if received on iOS, zero byte file if received on Android, "empty message" of service message if received on TDekstop
When forwarding that "empty file", the "original" audio is sent instead. Looks like actually it is a real voice message but appears like that.
same problem here. It begun yesterday too and is replicating over user to user. Only affect android version, in web version or iphone it appears as invalid file.
The first is the audio in iphone. The second is in desktop version. The third is in android
