All users are welcome to create new entries, view existing entries and vote on them.
What is this for?
This platform is a place where users can vote for feature suggestions for Telegram or report issues with our apps. You are welcome to check out the existing suggestions and bugs, vote, or add your comments.
How can I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Use the text field at the top of your screen – try to search first. Likely, the team or another user has already added the stuff you were going to report.
If nothing is found among the existing cards, use the buttons 'REPORT A PROBLEM' – to submit an issue or 'SUGGEST A FEATURE' – to share your idea.
Our friendly bot will help you with the rest.
⚠️ Attention: After you create a card, it will become public, never share any private data (phone numbers or other personal details), and make sure to edit the media you are going to attach with your report or suggestion. Everyone can see it.
What should I do if I have something to add to an already existing card?
Use the 'Add info about this suggestion/issue' below the relevant card to add a comment. Please don't suggest new features and don't report new bugs in the comments.
Aren't spam and flood the reasons why reporting is rolling out gradually? Consider this: 1. Accepting ~1k users. 2. No reaction for a long time because there is no notification. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 multiple times. 4. At some point someone notices it (for example, some channel that posts news about TG). 5. More users starting to check it. 6. As a result, more flood and spam, scaled with step repeats.
It's better to notify ~1k people than to deal with ~10k or even more. Plus, not everyone will even create a card, so that's already less than ~1k.
I have alternative suggestion though. In window that blocks card creation, add a button "Notify availablity", so only those who really want to create a card, will be notified. And of course, since buttons are not on plain sight (you need to open a card or search first), only those who want to create cards, will be notified.
It was just a supposition of mine. If spam and flood are not the reasons, what's the reason then? They're afraid of that the system won't handle such a big number of people?
Speaking of the steps you provided, yeah it makes sense. However, still I can't figure out why they're rolling out gradually if they're not afraid of spam.
"to make sure each submission gets the attention it deserves"
Bug reporting platform is new, but there are many old issues and suggestions. And of course, many reports will be buried underneath. So I think gradual rolling out aims to reduce old reports stream, so when new problems will arise, they will get proper attention. And with old reports stream reduced, new reports regarding old issues can get proper attention too, because there will be much less of them.
This platform is great, thanks! :D Please allow contributors on this platform to hide their avatar according to their account privacy settings! Even better if could be possible set a different avatar/name when we use services like bugs.telegram.org, translations.telegram.org, telegra.ph... :)

I find it a bit weird that notifications from the threads you subscribed to are sent by the "system" Telegram account. That chat is also the chat where you are supposed to receive important security alerts related to your account & phone number, and right now these messages are getting mixed up with the updates coming from this new platform. I personally am interested in following the discussion from a few different cards, and receiving the notifications in that chat doesn't feel like the ideal solution. I guess this might have already been discussed by Telegram internally, but it would be nice to receive notifications from this platform from a dedicated Telegram account, such as it already happens with replies to your channels comments (see the @replies bot)
Hopefully I'm not posting a duplicate suggestion - I went through the thread but as far as I've been able to see, nobody mentioned this :)

Oh, also: the site could definitely use some darkness love <3 I'm quite confident this suggestion is probably worthless because those who are working on the site already knew someone was going to suggest it lol, but a dark mode toggle would be neat!
In order to report a problem or a suggestion I have to scroll the whole list first and at the end I find the buttons to write the report. 1) Wouldn't be more user-friendly have the buttons at the top (on the menu for example, so they still fixed at the top even if I scroll the report list)? 2) why there are the buttons report for every single windows? Isn't that too redundant?
