Muted videos sent via Telegram Desktop fail to convert to proper GIFs: on PC they display a GIF badge, but cannot be saved to "Saved GIFs", while on mobile they appear as regular videos requiring manual play and without looping (even if explicitly sent with the "Send as GIF" option enabled). The source file strictly meets standard GIF conversion limits (has no audio track, file size is small, and resolution is under 1200 px, now even resolutions below 850 pixels don't work.), and sending the exact same file from the mobile app works correctly as expected.
