Role and State are not defined for the menu control in Android. Talkback is announcing it as 'Bot menu, double tap to activate'.

Steps to reproduce

1.Open the Telegram application in Android.
2.Use right swipe gesture with single finger to reach copilot chat section and double tap with single finger to activate chat.
3.Use right swipe gesture with single finger to reach 'Menu' control.
4.Verify whether talkback is announcing role and state are defined for the menu control or not.
