This only will make governments more sensitive to those protocols and will eventually make them far worse in performance.
Just like when Telegram blocked in iran, most people started using VPNs and Proxies so the government became more sensitive to these tools and it made most of them unusable.
We now are forced to use honypots to access what we need because most secure and trustworthy ones are blocked or throttled heavily.
It also made them to find out blocking isn't much effective so they are currently working to add more identifying processes and probably they restrict access to global network and provider paid vpns directly by government so they can control access of people based on what they are thinking (different access to different websites and services based on their personal options.)
Please don't listen to this nonsense proposals.
Just make your mtproto better.
Because telegram isn't everything,
please think more about what will happen to those technicians that really need this type of tools for many other purposes than using telegram.
(bypassing heavily sanctioned access by many developer related services for example, as an example, official android development documents website won't let iranians access their service or google changed its algorithms and far more precisely are identifying iranians even if you taken great measures (that I won't say here to not become public to them)
Also it will add additional overhead to the app.
Even NekoX App that has this options said it won't maintain them anymore and suggested peoples to use another app by same developer that its function is only for using this type of proxies.
This proposal has far more negative effects than benefits.
If someone wants to use this type of proxies, they just use a dedicated app that developed and optimized for it.
Thank you very much.
Do not spam
Hoping that it will not be added at all, you came and sent a message through the general robot, did you think it would be added? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You are a thoughtful person and I accept your words.
The final decision is with Telegram itself 😎
This is a great feature that might even have a positive effect on speed
Thanks to Telegram for providing this platform for users to comment. And thanks to all the users who submitted their comments here. We hope that countries that are interested in using Telegram but do not have access to it, Telegram will get an idea from these offers and help them solve this problem.
Or telegram can make an MTProxy v2 to prevent detection, MTProxy now is too easy to be blocked.
Waiting vmess and vless protocols in Telegram! v2ray is good
All those protocols are for hidden traffic, to prevent be detect and be blocked, if there have another Telegram developed protocol that can do this, it will very nice. I think using TLS as a transport layer is a good choice, it's safe, most of the traffic is TLS traffic, so putting a new protocol in it is not easy to detect. and TLS certificate is easy to get because Let's encrypt, create a TLS server is easy enough now.
