A Dialpad feature under Calls will make it a great way for small businesses to start using Telegram Anonymous Numbers as their customer service numbers. The main point here is that any Telegram user can dial +888 freely anywhere in the world WITHOUT having to add the number as a contact. Businesses would then be able to advertise their business : "Please call us on Telegram at +888-xxxx-xxxx." This will create an unprecedented demand for +888 numbers
from small businesses, they will start using Telegram to do business because they can immediately reach a global audience of over 700million users and also avoid hefty phone bills. This put Telegram in a position not just as a messaging app, but also a replacement of conventional telephone especially when Starlink is about the operate with phones. With this change, Telegram is no longer just a messaging app, it is also a telephone. A Dialpad would be a revolution and very practical!
This is a very good suggestion. Not only business but also private will be very useful. A really really useful feature.

I also thought and spoke about this in the TON community. We need anonymous phone numbers to have real value. And the author gives an excellent idea for developing both numbers and business through telegrams. I really hope that this information reaches the performers.

The idea I mentioned is to give user the experience of dialing a phone number to a business. Say, Calling a restaurant to make a booking with a Dialpad. Typing in t.me/+333xxxxxx isn't very user-friendy. Telegram already has Stories, Chats, Wallets, and only missing the Telephone (direct Voice-to-Voice) aspect of it for Telegram to be the Super App for everything users need. Telegram certainly has the potential to replace the Phone app in everyone's phone.

You are absolutely not thinking right. What does outdated technology mean? Now the whole world uses mobile phones for calls. I know a lot of Chinese companies that use an anonymous telegram number for international trade. The dial panel is very necessary! If I am a Seller and I am at an exhibition in China, for example, and clients come to me - I give them my business card and in the future, having decided to call me, they will simply dial +888 8080. No one will type a link on their phone https://t.me/+8888080 . By the way, to write a comment and put a like, I entered my number +8888080 through the digital scoreboard!!!

Understood. Thank you Telegram team's thoughtful consideration of our proposal. We are always open to more discussions in the future. Our goal is to encourage more users and businesses to embrace Anonymous Numbers as their Main contact numbers. NFT-based phone system is revolutionary completely beating out SIM-based phone system in terms of security.
My final thoughts: A small Dialpad icon on the lower right corner under Calls doesn't clutter up much spaces either. Currently there is a icon that links to your Contacts. Another icon that links to Dialpad could make Calls category complete. Of course we are not Skype, and this Dialpad is only intended to work within the Telegram ecosystem.
Imagine a future where people and companies continue to embrace Telegram so actively that it starts to replace conventional phone numbers. If that's the case, t.me/+phonenumber wouldn't look too nice on the business cards. Example of a future business card:
