It's basically you have ability to add a boogey PIN code, which you can set from any of these options. Maybe you can set from 1 to 3 boogey PINs:
• Your main PIN - opens all your DEFAULT chats and conversations
• Boogey PIN that filters and shows only certain conversations - opens Telegram but only shows certain chats
• Boogey PIN for Fake conversations - opens Telegram, but Telegram few auto-generates fake realistic conversations on your Chats list? Idk.
• Boogey PIN for Empty Conversations - Shows only empty Telegram app? With no conversations at all. All of your conversations are hidden
• Self Destruct Boogey PIN - Once you type it, maybe Telegram will only show an Empty Conversations, after remote deletion of all of your Telegram account?
