A week ago I was engaged in a normal conversation directly with one other individual Telegram user. I tried to send them approximately 8 pictures and instead of the little check mark successfully sent confirmation icon there was a spinning clock icon that would not go away. Suddenly I was unable to message anyone and received the same little spinning clock icon with no other error message given. I decided to try a different Telegram client and installed Telegram X and was still having the same error except now there was a message about being rate limited and needing to wait for X number of minutes. I then tried sending my message from the Telegram Web client and still was unable to send my message but now I was given a different rate limit message with a different time frame provided. I logged out from all accounts on all devices and cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Telegram, logged out on all devices again and remain logged out for 8+ hours and still was rate limited to all contacts when I log back in again. I added a second Telegram account associated with a completely different valid phone number and within 5 minutes was once again rate limited on this second account. I just upgraded to stupid Telegram Premium hoping that this would fix the problem or at minimum would provide me with premium Telegram support of some sort but no. And I am not the only person experiencing this bug. Others on Reddit have started reporting back within the last several weeks (and new reports of this today) that they are also experiencing this same problem. I really hope someone sees this and that something can be done to resolve this issue.
