Direct share seemingly chooses random contacts and not the most recent chats.
Please fix the Direct Sharing targets in Telegram. For years I am getting some very weird targets while sharing something to Telegram contacts. FIrst of all update Telegram to use the new Sharing Shortcuts API. In the new Sharing Shortcuts API (but also in the old ChooserTargetService) please publish the most used contacts, or the most "shared to" contacts. For years I am getting totally random useless targets in the dialog. If it's too hard to publish the most frequently used targets then at least use the "pinned" contacts as targets. This will make sharing to Telegram a much better experience. Thank you !
Steps to reproduce
Share anything in Android
You will get a dialog with targets to share to
The bug is in the first line of those targets, at least two come from Telegram but they are picked in some random manner or with no logic
The fix should replace those targets much more usable contacts like the most used contacts or pinned contacts
The bug is not fixed. The app still does not suggest the most relevant contacts.
I do not have among suggested in the direct share contacts any of the chats in which I have been active for the last few months. There are even two chats (that Telegram app suggest in the direct share) that have not been active for more than a year and a chat in which there have been no more than 20 messages in all that time.
The suggested chats in the direct share and the list of chats when I open the global search in Telegram app (as far as I remember, there the order of chats is determined by an algorithm based on their activity) do not match at all.
Just suggest in the direct shat the first 4 chats that are shown when you open the global search in Telegram. This would be enough and definitely better than completely irrelevant chats in the direct share now.
At the moment this feature is broken and completely useless.
We are sorry for confusion. Team will continue the issue investigation.

I tried to reset "Suggest frequent contacts" at Privacy options, also delete app cache and reboot the smartphone (not sure if needed) and now at 9.5 seems to suggest relevant and frequent chats at least! Both at direct share and long-pressing app icon.
Maybe it's need it some kind of reset?

There are still some contacts that do not appear in the direct share list. And also it would be great to have "Saved" chat in the list. (I have used FineLock -> HomeUp -> ShareManager to configure the 'favorite' Direct share list and do not see all my telegram contacts)

This card has been declared as fixed by mistake, since another similar issue has been fixed in the same latest release (Since the latest 8.8 version there are no targe... #18967), but not this card's one.
