A message info screen with more information about the 'read' status of messages:
When the message was read in private chats.
Which group members read the message and at what time.
Use cases
Knowing that you can count on the fact that a certain group member read the message.
Potential issues
Privacy issues. Could be partially – but not fully – mitigated by tying visibility to the Last Seen privacy settings of the user.
Telegram groups can get up to 200,000 members which makes tracking read statuses more complicated and would potenitially add significant overhead while the use cases for this are relatively rare.
Workarounds
You can currently rely on a person's Last Seen status (if they are sharing it with you) to get a general idea of when they've read your messages – and whether they've read messages in your common groups.
If it's important to know when a certain message gets read in a group, you could ask your recipients to acknowledge they've read it (for example, with an animated sticker).
I would add it as an admin based feature, so in business groups everyone could know if the colleague has read the message or not

For myself, personally? I don't even need anything this detailed. As it is right now, I can only tell if NOBODY's read my message or if at least one person has. This is fine for 1:1 conversation, but not really helpful in group or channel situation - especially if I am using it to send out important information.
I would be fine with just a number of people who's yet to read any given message.
At least this way, I at least have some meaningful number. For instance, I can show up to a meeting and say "10 of you are still not reading the messages I send out." or "Even though most of you have READ my message, only 5 of you have completed the survey that I asked" or something like that.

I would really appreciate that as it is quite a usefull feature to see who already knos about content in a gruop. This feature is already vailable on signal... For people that really dont want anybody to see what they read and what not you could add an additional point in the privacy settings.

I don't support this idea because if someone reads my messages in the group, it doesn't mean he really reads it, he might be only see the message or just go through all thousands messages
IMHO the problem I mentioned before will still be occurred even though we are using smaller group

Please add this feature... It is highly anticipated. As in some Official group of a organization, it is always required that who has seen the message and who hasn't. Please add this feature as soon as possible..

This improvement will be very useful for organizational conversations where the manager may need to see if everyone has read an important announcement.
