Definitely needed. I created a sticker pack as a gift to my partner, but it's all their stickers. I'd like them to be an author or at least co-author to the pack so we can both edit and arrange as needed. Or I could transfer full ownership to them without losing all the stats! This is also super important for when Artists make the pack for you as part of their service, but then they own the pack.

yeah. Now we face this problem. Even I suggest making it cooperatable. two or more people can edit the pack. Stickers have been one of the vital parts of Telegram that make customers addicted to telegram.You should improve this part. Thanks a milion.

Here's a simple way that you could implement this using existing bot infrastructure:

1) The sender (the pack owner) messages a new command to @Stickers (like /transferpack)
2) The bot responds by explaining the transfer process, explaining what transferring the sticker pack does, and warning the sender that if they complete the transfer, they would not be the owner anymore (i.e. they can't update the pack or undo this action)
3) The bot prompts the sender to select the pack they wish to transfer from a list of packs that the sender owns
4) The bot then displays a "Select user" button that pops up a user selection dialog, where the sender can scroll/search to choose the desired recipient
5) The bot asks the sender to confirm that they want to transfer the pack to the recipient (include a link to the recipient's chat and a link to the sticker pack; ask the sender to verify that these are both correct). The sender must respond with "yes"
6) The sticker bot** messages the recipient with a link to the sender and a link to preview the pack, and asks the recipient to confirm that they want to receive this pack. The recipient can respond "yes" or "no".
7) Upon success, the bot sends a message to both the sender and the recipient, confirming the transfer.
8) At this point, the pack will now be owned by the recipient. It will retain all usage stats and allow the recipient to update the sticker pack for all of its existing users

** Alternatively, the Telegram account could message the recipient, if @Stickers is unable to initiate a conversation with a user that hasn't messaged it first

This method is about as simple as it can get from a UI perspective while still being robust. However, we would need to take care not to allow sticker transfer requests to circumvent normal messaging privileges (for spam/abuse). To avoid this, a sender should not be able to initiate a sticker transfer request to a user that they would not otherwise be able to message (e.g. due to blocks/permissions). The simplest way would be to require that they are contacts.

Notable goals of this implementation are:
* Both the sender and the recipient must explicitly consent to the transfer
* Transfer requests can't be used to spam other users
* Users can't be tricked into sending or receiving packs
* A recipient can have multiple pending transfer requests, potentially even from the same sender, and confirm just the ones they want

Additionally, to avoid scenarios where a recipient leaves a pending request in limbo and the sender later wishes to transfer that same pack to someone else or rescind that transfer entirely, consider making the confirmation window on transfer requests somewhat short (~24h?). An alternative solution could involve adding another command for the sender to cancel an existing transfer request, but even then, transfer requests should probably have an expiration

I'm still hoping that Telegram will implement this feature! Any implementation at all would be wonderful to see. It would complement similar features such as transferring ownership of channels, bots, groups, etc. Please :)
