Feature request:
When I want to block a user, there should be a text field to write the reason for blocking.
Why?
Consider that I have blocked thousands of users. One of the people I blocked offers me a job. Now I don't know why I blocked this user. maybe because he was a little rude or maybe I discovered that he is an alien in a shape of a human. Literally, I have two juices, taking the risk of being scammed or ignoring an awesome job opportunity.
I can tell you about thousands of issues with now having this feature and thousands of use cases, but I'm lazy and also the person that reading this.
How to implement it?
Easy and fast to implement
Just add a simple text field. I should be able to see the content from the user's profile page.
More advance
Being able to create custom labels and attacked them on the users (not just blocked users). ['Scammer', 'Rude', 'Bad friend', 'The monster under the bed']. Maybe this can be a separate feature.
More more advance
In the chat, I can send anything. It would be awesome if I was able to write, send, use anything in the "why-i-blocked-this-user" field.
Conclusion:
At least just add a simple text field. Thanks
Expand your understanding. I hope someday they will add the ability to create very necessary text notes for each contact, without restrictions on the number of characters!

It shouldn't be just for users we blocked. We should have a private note field for every user that can be edited at any time, preferably on his profile page, like it's suggested here: Adding a note to a user in his profile #2557 It would be similar to the function in discord, just with more text. That would also solve this problem.
What does "blocked from the server" mean? Avoid floating the scope, especially without explaination. What was so bad about the original UI mock? (Except adding a hint that only the user himself can see the message?)
Thank you for the opportunity to write it more precise: It's for discord servers kick/block. Something similar could be used for the ban function on Telegram. The difference would be that the private user note (that's suggested here: Adding a note to a user in his profile #2557) would be accessible in the window used to confirm the ban.

The note function from Adding a note to a user in his profile #2557 could be accessible over the block function / while blocking someone.
It could look a bit similar to the ban/kick function in Discord. There you can write a reason in the window in which you're confirming the ban/kick.
