Please let owners of eligible Telegram accounts access their native Gram wallet receiving address and Add Funds flow at zero balance, even when no public wallet card is displayed. If a wallet is not provisioned yet, provide an explicit owner-initiated setup path without requiring another Telegram user to send the first funds. Keep service eligibility rules and existing custody intact.
Please also add account-wide, server-enforced controls over who can discover a user's wallet address and balance through Telegram: Everyone, My Contacts or Nobody. Apply the rule to profile wallet cards and both user-to-address and address-to-user lookups, including force requests and other identity-bearing wallet responses. The owner must retain access to their own receiving address regardless of this setting.
Hiding the profile card alone would not prevent discovery through other clients or APIs. Clearly explain that previously known addresses, public blockchain balances, transaction history and necessary payment-counterparty disclosures cannot be hidden retroactively.
A related Desktop candidate provides owner profile access for an already ready zero-balance wallet. It does not implement server privacy or provision unavailable wallets. Extracted production C++ component checks passed 600 state combinations and 3,320 assertions with Qt/rpl. No full Telegram build or real-wallet tests were performed.
