After a Telegram Desktop update, the application window started intermittently jittering when maximized on a secondary monitor. A subsequent update did not resolve the issue.
The window jitters approximately every 10 seconds and sometimes when switching between channels. The Telegram window also appears to extend beyond the left edge of the secondary monitor and into the adjacent monitor.
Steps to reproduce
Connect two monitors with different resolutions: 2560×1440 and 1920×1080.
Arrange the monitors side by side, with the smaller monitor on the left.
Set the Windows display mode to Extend these displays.
Open Telegram Desktop 7.3.3 x64 on the 1920×1080 monitor and maximize the window.
Wait approximately 10 seconds or switch between channels.
Current result
The maximized Telegram Desktop window intermittently jitters, approximately every 10 seconds and sometimes when switching between channels. The window also appears to extend beyond the left edge of the secondary monitor into the adjacent monitor.
Expected result
The maximized Telegram Desktop window should remain stable and correctly positioned within the secondary monitor, without jittering or extending beyond its left edge.

This appears to be the same issue as reported in https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/31500 The symptoms are nearly identical: a maximized window extends beyond the monitor boundaries and jitters continuously on Windows 10 22H2 with 100% display scaling. I measured the window offset, and it is also exactly 8 pixels
I've tested build #89 and also tried disabling the Qt RHI renderer (as recommended in another thread), but neither made any difference. The 8-pixel window offset and jittering remain unchanged.
Confirmed. Canary #90 fixes the issue. The window now maximizes correctly on the secondary monitor, with no 8-pixel offset or jittering. Thank you for the fix!
