Please improve RTL support for custom emoji icons in Reply Keyboard buttons.
When a Reply Keyboard button contains Arabic text and uses icon_custom_emoji_id, Telegram displays the custom emoji before the Arabic label. Developers currently cannot control the icon’s position. However, the expected RTL layout is to show the Arabic text first and the icon after it. Inline Keyboard buttons already display this combination correctly, creating an inconsistency between the two keyboard types.
Please make Reply Keyboard buttons RTL-aware, or add an optional property such as icon_position with values like before_text and after_text.
This improvement would provide a consistent and properly localized experience for Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, and other RTL languages. We hope this issue can be addressed as soon as possible.
