My Telegram account cannot find or open profiles of users who do not have a username.
The problem affects multiple users, not one contact.
Other Telegram accounts can find/open the same users by the same phone numbers, but my account cannot.
Important details:
SpamBot shows no restrictions on my account.If someone forwards me a chat/message from such a user, I still cannot open the profile.This happens specifically with users who have no username.I already checked app version, contact sync, number format, and basic troubleshooting.
This looks like an account-specific/server-side issue with phone-number-based profile resolution or contact mapping.
Please investigate my account.
Steps to reproduce
Scenario 1: search by phone number
Open Telegram with my account.Use a phone number of a person who has an active Telegram account and no username.Save the number in contacts in international format.Open Telegram and sync contacts.Search for this contact in Telegram.
Expected result:
Telegram should detect the existing account and show/open the profile.
Actual result:
Telegram says the user does not exist or does not show/open the profile.
Scenario 2: forwarded chat/message
Ask another Telegram user to open a chat with the same person.Ask them to forward a message from that person to me.Open the forwarded message/chat and tap on the profile.
Expected result:
The profile should open.
Actual result:
The profile still does not open on my account.
Additional information:
