Entrepreneurs and regular users are currently migrating en masse from WhatsApp to Telegram in Russia.
Entrepreneurs who send notifications about lessons and other information are constantly being blocked. And these notifications often look the same: people accidentally click the big "Spam" button, and Telegram also blocks sudden increases in account activity.
Suggestion: This hasn't happened with WhatsApp. We'd really like to have the ability, at least with Telegram Premium, to challenge long-term bans, thoroughly analyze user reactions, and account for increased activity in the current situation.
Perhaps we could quickly add a notification or request to send information somewhere, show the message to moderators and explain your intentions, and lower the blocking thresholds for entrepreneurs in Russia. This is a widespread problem.
We respect the Telegram team and believe something can be worked out.
The same things with our account @Algoritmikakurator, which has been blocked unexpectedly. Our account is used to communicate with clients, send lesson notifications, and share important updates.
