User Impact:
Screen reader users may become disoriented as focus shifts away from the open message menu to background controls. This breaks the expected navigation flow, making it difficult to interact with the menu options and increasing the risk of unintended actions
Pre-requisite:
Turn On Voice Over. Path: Go to 'General' > Accessibility'> Voiceover >Turn on 'Voiceover' toggle button.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the telegram application in iPhone.
2.Chat tab will appear.
3.Use swipe gestures to reach to copilot chat and double tap to activate it.
4.Use swipe gestures to reach to the 'Message' edit field. Give some input.
5.Use swipe gestures to reach to the 'Send' control and double tap to activate it.
6.Use swipe gestures to move to the message and tap three times to open the message menu.
7.Verify using swipe gestures whether Voiceover focus is moving to the 'Share', 'edit' and 'delete' controls on the image dialog or not.
