Even though the 'Repeat notifications' option is set to 'NEVER/OFF,' notifications from group chats with topics (this specific group is muted), even after being read, pop back up in my notification bar without any clear trigger. This happens with automatic messages from bots, members replying to my messages, etc. Even if I've already read the message, often immediately, and there are no new notifications in the group and no unread messages, the notification resurfaces hours later in my notification bar as if there's a new notification, which isn't the case. It's simply an echo of something that already happened and shouldn't be showing up again.
Here's some info that might be helpful:
The group uses topics.
The group is muted.
The notifications refer to messages that were read several hours ago.
My phone wasn't in 'battery saver' mode and the battery wasn't low.
The 'Repeat notifications' option is set to 'NEVER/OFF.'
Telegram has all the necessary permissions, including unrestricted background battery usage.
