On March 26, 2025, my channel @realisedgains was banned for “illegal goods” (via @AbuseNotifications), I’ve appealed with /appeal1657423427—no reply.
This looks like a moderation error. My channel shared legit financial news and market insights - No illegal goods, no scams—just clean content.
Random bans really tank user trust.
My suggestion is to let our own users police the system if Telegram does not want to hire more people to keep their app secure. Why not let 10 random channel members vote: “Spam or scam?” If most say no, it’s safe— this beats AI misfires or wrongful bans.
Please review my channel, and rethink how you flag channels. Automation shouldn’t trash legit users.
