A takeout (data export) toggle to manage export permissions per session.
In certain authoritarian or highly restrictive environments, local authorities might try to force users to export their Telegram data(using the “Data Export” feature in TDesktop). Telegram, by policy, does not comply with such requests. However, if the user’s device is seized(or the user itself is in the custody), the authorities might try to generate an export(or force user to do so). To mitigate such risks and make Telegram safer in dictatorship conditions, I propose adding a toggle that lets users to ban data exports for a given session, which will be placed among "Secret chats" and "Calls" toggles.
While toggled, a 2FA password is requested, and the current session(invoking the method to change settings) should be authorized for more than 24 hours ago to make modifications.
