If the app network state is switched to 'Connecting...' or 'Waiting for Network...' and users try to open the Privacy and Security section in Settings, this may lead to the app getting stuck until force-closed and restarted. Even when the app successfully reconnects, it has to be restarted to make it work normally again.
Steps to reproduce
Create a situation when the app has no network, e.g., disable both Wi-Fi and Cellular. Once 'Waiting for Network...' status arrives in the app's header, go to Settings > Privacy and Security.
Current result
The app becomes unresponsive.
Expected result
The app can properly handle the interfaces and normally open the Privacy and Security screen.
