Videos can still be watched in Picture-In-Picture mode
Devices running iOS 14, 15, 16 or 17 are affected
I’m unable to play any video after release of the latest update. I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled app, restarted phone, and change settings and still can’t play. I can hear but can’t watch the video. This is on an iPhone 8 with up to date OS version.
Steps to reproduce
Playing any video in any chat or channel. It’s not a saved video but one in channel that is posted. Everything was fine until the latest update 11.5 I believe
**Some videos work when you browse the channel, but once you click on the video itself to watch it fully, the issue with the video returns. Some videos remain with the same issue from the start (they stay frozen picture and the audio just play, even when you browse the channel).
