In Telegram Desktop AND Telegram for Android, a group administrator CAN NOT see the list of users removed from the group. Sometimes, banned people send me messages on Facebook Messenger, saying they want to return to the group, after obeying the rules of having a profile image, human name and usernames.
But via Telegram Desktop and Telegram on Android it is not possible to remove these people from the ban list so that they can request to join the group again. All this because Telegram Desktop and Telegram Android DO NOT ALLOW the Group Administrator to see the list of people removed from the group.
After a lot of hard work, I discovered that I can do this through Telegram in the browser, only in the WebK version. (In the WebA version the following procedure does not work either!)
In Telegram WebK, (in the browser, obviously!) I click on ⋮ and then I click on "Group Info". Then I click on the pencil to edit, scroll the screen and only then will the option to see the list of users removed from the group appear.
You, Telegram developers, URGENTLY need to make this task simple and easy for any administrator to do, whether on Android, iOS, or Telegram Desktop.
We need access to the list of banned people so we can remove the ban.
