The problem is the incoming notifications.
Imagine that a person is writing to you. Let's give him the name Sasha.
He writes you several messages and the last message will be the word "bye".
All the while, look at the locked screen as notifications pop up.
And now you see the last message with the text "bye".
Note: You haven't unlocked the screen, you're just watching it all happen on the locked screen.
Next, Olya starts writing to you, for example.
And here are all the messages that Olya writes to you, you simply do not see on the locked screen.
You constantly receive a notification of the last message from Sasha with the text "bye", or a message about the number of unread messages in the number of chats. (screenshot attached)
And so it will be until you unlock the screen and swipe away all messages.
The problem is widespread on Samsung phones, because in the official telegram application, by default, there is a combination of notification types. Additional functionality is needed in the form of disconnecting notification types for the application as in telegram X
