To replicate the issue, follow these steps:
1.Log in to any place, whether it's a private chat or a public chat, a public or a channel where these videos can be. For convenience, I created a temporary channel (public) https://t.me/debug_video , where I uploaded the sample video.
2.Attempt to play the video content in question.
