Control of members in specific topics of groups, inclusion of temporary topics and classification of set of group members in specific classes by admins and owner.
Three features that could come in the next updates regarding the groups, would be the possibility to select which participants can participate in certain topics of the groups and another is to gather certain group members by categories.
All participants would have access to the "main chat", but not specific topics.
All participants would see the titles and what topics exist in the group, as is already done.
Those who are not allowed to participate in specific topic, see the topic tab but will not be able to access the content within the topic. (A message would appear on the screen with the following sentence "You are not authorized to participate in this topic").
Group owner and admins would have control and the ability to add member by member for specific topics.
The feature of sorting a set of class(classification) of members would help with this organization of the group as a whole and forwarding members to specific topics. Ex: 1st class [renamed as: Grupo 1]: (Luana, Peter, Michel, Lousa). Allowing to admin and owner to add this entire class called "group 1" to specific topic, not necessarily needing to add one by one. But yet allowing them to exclude specific members from the class.
Why add a feature like this?
Work groups, university groups or even groups for the organization of a specific event, instead of taking the trouble to create an extra group just for something simple like that, having a group only, but restricting the access of certain members to specific topics. For example:
A group of a company:
General chat: (Open to everyone, it would not be possible to restrict it to members).
Topic 1 : Shareholders (Only shareholders of the company would be allowed, a topic reserved for these members to deal with their affairs).
Topic 2: HR
Topic 3: Employees
Topic 4: Logistics
.

.
( )
As with other topics, only administrators and the owner of the group can integrate or remove members from specific topics, and only members allowed in each topic would have access to the content shared in that specific topic to which it is part).
The owner can restric the access of admins to certain topics either!
A group of friends:
Topic 1: Travel
Topic 2: Parties
Topic 3: Hangouts
Topic 4: Organization of birthday events.
(Sometimes, a birthday person is in the group and the good thing about having this feature is not having to create a new group, having to integrate everyone and each member again into this new group to organize a birthday, just open a specific topic and not include the birthday person in it, to be able to organize the party with peace of mind and without spoiling the surprise).
Realizing now, it would be interesting to also hide certain topics if needed from specific members. (In the case of the birthday person, the person can try to enter the topic and see that he/she is out of it, and suspect that the party could be for him/her ruining the surprise).
Adding this option to hide specific topics from members is also a good idea.
A smart function for this type of sporadic events like this one, would be when you can open topics to have the possibility to select the existence of the topic for a specific period or not. (Temporary topics). In the same idea of temporary messages, not only the message sent in the topic would disappear, but the topic itself as well. The interesting timer choice would be the selection of (1 to 6) days, (1 to 3) weeks, (1 to 6) months and the option (Permanent - would not delete).
Control within specific topics by admins or group owner to restrict forwarding and saving of media within specific topics. (Do not generalize this setting to the entire group and their topics, would be for specific topics only).
This functionality would be the most anticipated by me for a long time to be able to use Telegram in a much more professional way. There is a bug already related to this: Permissions per Topic #22989

We really need this feature in our groups and communities, I'd think of too many interesting things you can do with it
