Steps to reproduce
Touch app icon to open it.
Current result
White screen and app closing.
Expected result
Open the app normally.
It seems that the app does not crash if there is not a logged in account. The crash does happen at the moment of SMS auth code input by the user, during the account log in or creation.
Otherwise, if there was an alredy logged in account, after the update to v8.8/8.8.1, the app does crash at every app opening attempt.
Unfortunately, this issue can’t be fixed on Telegram’s side, as the latest versions of the app require iOS 11+. In order to continue adding new features, Telegram had to move to Apple’s updated developer tools – which no longer support 32-bit devices. The team has requested Apple to roll back the latest update for iOS 9.3 users, but this will only be possible if and when Apple decides to fulfill the request.
Couldn't you declare Telegram version 8.7.x for iOS9.x devices as the last possible download (via the App Store) and thus create the possibility that iOS devices can at least use this version?

It being Apple, I guess there's no way for you to share the old working build artifacts that users could (even in a convoluted way) install themselves (save for an unsigned IPA which would require a jailbroken device of course)?
