Objective: to create the ability to easily access the history of projects, by viewing the history of interaction for any of the entities: project / company / contact.
Decision:
First, you need to create a new type of group "Project" (by analogy with chats, groups, channels, bots). Or the ability to convert an ordinary group into a "Project" group.
In the information about the group, you can make several tabs - about the project / company / history / chat / tasks / Files / links (you need to think about the optimal design when creating the design of the information section.
About the project: brief information about the project: city, address, website, specialization, general contact numbers, etc.
Contacts: contacts of all project participants (partners / clients). All contacts can be imported from the address book. Each contact can be edited - change the name, add a company, phones, e-mail, etc. Take into account the ability to view all contacts associated with the company.
History: a list of all events (meetings / calls / emails) associated with this project and a specific participant in the project (partner / client).
Chat: internal discussion between all employees added to the project (not to be confused with the section "companies" - employees are group members who are discussing a specific project.
Tasks: setting tasks within the project between the employees participating in this project. The task can be set both in general terms and with reference to a specific company (partner / client)
Files, links - standard functionality.
By default, the main window of the project is chat, where all participants can discuss the project in free form. All meetings / calls / emails are generated in the event history.
Consider the ability to view the complete history of all projects / all tasks - a general summary of all data from all projects.
Also take into account the ability to view all contacts in a particular company and the entire history of interaction with it. Example: “Alfa” company, and 10 contacts are linked to it. You can view the history for an individual contact, or you can view the history for the entire company.

Most of the companies that are not engaged in direct sales, but conduct long-term projects, draw up the whole story in bulky CRM systems. Many people now use ordinary Telegram groups for quick communication and interaction on projects. This solution will significantly expand the functionality of such actions, and since Telegram is a cross-platform application, this will delay users on this system.

I think if multiple phone numbers be implemented, it's better to implemented for all accounts themselves not in specific "PROJECTS" groups.
