When creating a group in Telegram, there is no button to start a voice call in the more options dialog box. Only the video call is available, and it is also visible only to the group admin, so other people cannot access the video call button even if all permissions are enabled in the settings. Do I need to turn on something or am I doing something wrong? I asked the volunteers about this 3 times and they just ignored me, so answer me someone and let me know what's going on.
Steps to reproduce
Create a telegram group from Android phone or web version;
Add at least one member to create a group;
Write something for the group name;
ask any participant to check the visibility of the video call start button;
You will notice that they do not see it, and there is no voice call option.
Hi, thanks for the card, when you press the "Video Call" button, a voice chat will be started and you can later switch to a video chat. It's just a rename of the button to show the full potential of the feature.
Note that only admins can start a voice call, once the call is started everyone can join until the call will be ended by admin.
Let me know why group call is available for admins? I mean, why can't a user start a group call. Imagine a situation where a family group has been created in Telegram, and one of the participants who wants to start a call is not an administrator. What to do in this case?

When as admin you leave the call you have two options:
- Leave the call
- End the call
You just need to leave the call without ending it and everyone will be able to join the call through the button in chat’s information page.
