Telegram could be more useful for live streamers if provided an optional narrower copy of any regular chat window (using a smaller font) that could then be captured in OBS and become one of the sources for the streamed scene.
The idea if for the chat to become a narrow column in a corner of every streamed video frame, coexisting with the streamer's person (captured from the webcam), the streamer's main window (i.e. captured content from a game or from a web browser), etc.
Three necessary features for such chat windows:
① Using a smaller font to fit more messages in much narrower space than the usual TD window.
② Settings' UI to define the window's width and height precisely (as a number of pixels) so that it fits into a streamer's OBS layout precisely (i.e. does not cover or expose more underlying content than necessary).
③ Optionally a solid green background (a chromakey for that background to be easily removed by OBS) and a drop shadow effect under the text (for that text to look good on a different, sometimes even dynamic, background).
