I don't want automatic save for telegram files. They are too much. Cache should be hidden.
But they should let the users to decide if they wanna use the cache or not, by using the "save to gallery" switch. If the switch is on, save the media files in Android/media/org.telegram.messenger/(Telegram Images, Telegram Videos, Telegram Documents, etc), if not, save them all in cache and everyone should be happy :)
And moving it to Media folder will not necessarily make everything visible. A lot more factors are involved
Again the temporary solution for you is to use Save to gallery option in menu.
If you are in a hurry then simply use another telegram client

Read my comment. It is a reply to help the person find the files. I never said it is the answer to the problem. And I agree with you, they should do just like Whatsapp. It's been almost a month and we have nothing. It's not the Telegram I thought it was, first, not releasing with this major issue, or taking a month to fix something that should be kinda easy to do (I don't know, I didn't check the code, but they have the solution, just gotta implement it).
Also, Elena, if you did a "save to gallery" on the movies, they should be in storage/movies/telegram. If not, check that cache folder or go to the Android app settings and clear the cache.
