Telegram for iPhone has a serious accessibility problem for blind users who use the VoiceOver screen reader. In the most recent update, the button to record a voice message cannot be accessed when VoiceOver is active, but in previous versions this worked normally. Additionally, navigating through conversation messages has always been very problematic, as this message list does not behave in a standard way, as in WhatsApp, in relation to the screen reader. Finally, the buttons to go to the most recent message and the button to go to the last mention also lack labels to be read by VoiceOver. I ask that, if possible, you check and correct all these problems, but the button to send a voice message is the top priority.
Steps to reproduce
Turn on the VoiceOver screen reader ih iPhone.
Goto Telegram.
Enter in a conversation.
Find the send voice message button, using only the finger.
