I would like to report a bug I encountered on Telegram Web/Desktop. Here are the details:
Issue:
When I send messages to a recipient using Telegram Web/Desktop, and then place a call to that recipient, my messages are immediately marked as "seen" even though the recipient has not opened the chat window.
Additional Information:
Platform: Telegram Web (/a or /z version)
Browser: [Chrome/Edge/Firefox, etc.]
Operating System: [Windows/Mac/Linux version]
Issue reproducible consistently across multiple accounts.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
Sender sends a message to a recipient on Telegram Web/Desktop.
The recipient does NOT open the chat.
The sender places a call to the recipient from Telegram Web/Desktop.
The messages appear as "seen" for the sender, even though the chat was never opened by the recipient.
This issue is not observed on mobile apps (Android/iOS).
Expected Behavior:
Messages should remain marked as “delivered” until the recipient actually opens the chat window.
Observed Behavior:
Messages are incorrectly marked as “seen” immediately after initiating a call from Telegram Web/Desktop.
