I am experiencing an issue while trying to subscribe to Telegram Premium using the @PremiumBot. Every time I attempt to pay with my Visa card, I receive the error message:
"Invalid transaction details."
I have double-checked everything: ✔ My card details are correct. ✔ My bank allows international transactions. ✔ My account has sufficient funds.
However, the payment still fails. This is not just my issue—many other users are also facing the same problem when trying to subscribe via card. It seems to be related to the payment provider (Smart Glocal) used by the bot.
Could you please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible? Telegram Premium is important for us, and we would really appreciate your help.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Mukhtarov Ulugbek
Steps to reproduce
1.Go to @premiumbot
2. Add card and make payment
3. Process and insert the code
4. Invalid transaction details error
Still doesn't work. Tried american visa and Mastercard. on both desktop and android. Only way is to download app store, add card to google wallet. then use it that way. Why telegram doesn't fix this? Do. they like to give google more fees?

I have been having this issue while trying to buy stars. It *rarely* works randomly then stops working for weeks at a time again. Has been doing this for months

I am having the same problem as @Randy above. I've made numerous attempts to purchase stars, tried different cards, tried different times, always with the same result. Input info is correct.

Clearly this is a problem with either the payment provider, or with the way the request is sent to the payment provider. One user debugged it and found an issue with a CORS policy, which means it could be a misconfiguration on the client side or the payment provider side, and there's nothing we (users) can do about it, except hope that Telegram actually cares to work on a fix to this problem, because it sounds very weird that they don't want to take our money. LOL
