Telegram in version 10.6.1 added the ability to restrict incoming messages for Non-Premium subscribers, which creates many restrictions for chats.
If you are receiving a lot of messages from spammers, then limiting the messages to non-premium users is not the way to go. Maybe a non-premium user really needs you or a spammer has a premium subscription.
By activating this option, those who really need you, but don't have a Premium subscription, can send a request with a text of up to 50 characters, which will prevent spammers from using this feature because links are not allowed here. Account owners can accept the request message, or move it to the archive, or even dismiss it. Also, this entire list can be ignored and transferred to the archive so that it is not annoying in the list of main chats.
