First, let me define the term "archived proxy"
An archived proxy won't be tested or checked or pinged and won't be checked by proxy switcher and can't be clicked to be connected. It will remain hidden from the list too.
So it will be used only if user enables "use archive" check box, probably at the times when all proxies have been unavailable and the user needs to search in the archive to find a working proxy to become online to be able to find and add some new proxies from Telegram channels again, and then disabling the checkbox.
When the user enables that checkbox, the archived proxies will act just like other proxies, they will be tested, checked, rotated, etc.
By this feature, list size won't grow more than 3000 and adding each new proxy causes the earliest added proxy get archived.
Why is it needed?
Because when the list is too long, a lot of time gets spent for each round of ping test series of the list. So each proxy gets checked less often. Pinging old proxies is a useless task because the results are usually predictable and they are unavailable with a big chance. So it is better to exclude them from tests and proxy switcher checks to make new proxies be more often checked for ping and tested for auto switch. Also hiding them from the list maybe useful to increase runtime performance.
