Provide a selectable option to "Delete all of my messages and ban me" when the one was leaving a group.
I think it's quite fair that if you don't want to have any further participate in the group then you could just delete all of your messages and leave the chat, being automatically added to the list of "removed users" so that you won't be able to join through invite links except group admin remove you from there at first.
This feature should be implemented on server side and provide API to Telegram clients, so that the one could delete all of his messages in a group at once only when he was leaving the group.
This also solves some people's demand for deleting all of his messages in a group, just "Delete all from me" could be easily abused by spammers/trollers. This suggestion may be a good alternative of that.
It's an explicate way to show that the one does not want to have any further participation in the group that he is about to leave.
It does make sense 1. the one could spam some inappropriate contents and "delete all of my messages" and leave the group, admin may not even notice. or trolls use this to delete his messages, leave the group, change his name and pfp then join the group and pretend to be another person > just "delete all from me" could be easily abused by spammers/trollers 2. when the one want to delete all of his messages and leave the group, it's probably the case that he does not want to have any further participation in the group. If he want to join back someday then he probably don't want to delete all of his messages and leave some old messages for others to recognize that it's really him when he join back.

It would also be great to have option to delete all own messages in public group
"delete all mesages from me" "ban me" as separate options

Unfortunately I think the "ban me" part of this is a stupid idea. There are lots of crazy people on telegram who like to tell lies. They could easily claim that it was an admin doing this to them maliciously. Unless this is implemented in a way which leaves a post on the group proving the user initiated this action themselves. If such a notification were built in, my objection would disappear, but as written by the OP, it's could and would be abused.
