Add a way of notifying group admins (not Telegram moderators) about problematic posts by group members.
Use Cases
You can currently report messages to Telegram moderators, but it could be useful to have a way to report them to admins – for example, if the group has stricter rules of conduct than allowed by the Telegram ToS.
Workaround
You can ping group admins by mentioning their username in a message. If you make your message a reply to the message you want to report, admins will have an easier time finding it. If you need to find out who the admins are, open the list of group members and watch out for admin titles.
Agreed. There needs to be a "Ping an Admin" feature (and admin permission) that can alert all admins of a group that have the new permission and/or one of the existing mod **delete message**, **slow mode** or **ban user** permissions would be very helpful.
Depending on the size of a group there may be anywhere from a small handful to dozens of moderators. Pinging every moderator individually is inefficient at best, and trying to find a mod who's online during a relatively time-sensitive situation may not be possible before a situation spirals out of control.

Now when complaining, the message "Report sent. Telegram moderators will review your report. Thank you for your cooperation!" appears. Only then does it become clear to the user. that the complaint was sent not to the administrators of the channel or group, but to the administration of the social network.
