Networks. On telegram there exists a lot of groups there are part of the same network: meaning that the owner and administrator of some groups are the same.
This suggestion proposes a way to make networks official.
Users would be able to create networks. Networks will have their username and their name, description, profile picture, and list of linked groups/channels.
It would be possible to link a group/channel to a network. In the group/channel info it will be displayed that the group/channel is part of that network.
When an admin wants to ban a user from its group, it will also be possible to ban the user from the whole network, mute a user over the whole network, and so on.
Networks can be “geo-tagged”, you can assign a position to them, if you want.
When a group/channel is linked to a network, the network admins must accept the linking.
When a group/channel is linked to a network, the owner of the group is now the network, as an abstract entity (so networks will have their own telegram id)
Each telegram user will be able to create up to 5 networks.
Networks admins have, if they join a group/channel of the network, admin privileges on that groups, instantly, on join: because they are networks admins.
Each network must have a public channel (with the same username as the network) linked to it.
Networks stats over all groups will be available to network admins.
