Telegram is a great messenger, but it can also be a great Email service. So without further introductions, let's start.
It may seem like Email service is for the previous generation, but many people, companies and acadmic places still only accet Emails for contacting. In addition, many websites have registration only through Email. So whatever you do, you still need an Email for yourself to be able to live in this life.
Mail app can be separated or it can simply be integrated inside the Telegram messenger app. The main address itself is a unique one, merged to each phone number.
Like any other mail service, it needs a login form, a mail app, and some shiny features.
There are two ways to login by the standalone app:
You can also access mails by Telegram Messenger itself as an integrated part of it. All you need to enter is your 2FA password in this form.
So for the inbox UI, they are almost the same on both standalone Telegram Mail (Let's call it Tmail) app and integrated Mail inside the Telegram messenger. Mails settings are directly accessible from the standalone app's Settings button and also it's possible to configure its settings from the Mails option inside Telegram messenger's settings.
Telegram folders can be used to separate each part of the mail feature easily. So you can also create any new folders with your desire in the settings or by holding the Mails tab. You can also hide the Mail tab and access to mails only by the settings option.
So that's it. I hope you enjoy this mockup and suggestion.
First of all, emails become less and less popular.
Also, in my opinion, there's no point of implementing an email feature in an app that has a faster and more secured messaging technology, that is MTProto.
The only point may be getting confirmation codes for services, as mentioned above, but most of the popular services support registration by phone number (which is far more comfortable) or, why not, Google.
By the way, cool mockups. 👍
example: @fakemailbot
But a telegram-grade email is definitely something I would love to see
like username@t.me
My idea is much simpler and easier to implement,

It's time for telegram to replace email
Introduction
E-mails were started a long time ago when nobody thought they could be replaced. To date, Gmail has dominated the email world. It has taken a long time for businesses to accept another official method of communication. I believe that this is the opportune time for chat apps to replace emails. As it is right now there's no other chat app that can do this most rely on external servers or have limits in file sharing. With telegram’s limit of 2 GB and unlimited storage it will definitely beat Gmail. In this case, the user can send and receive media and documents of any size since it has unlimited storage and the data send or received can be assessed with ease.
This is how this can be done
1. Step one: create an API to export Gmail and other popular services to telegram
a. This will make it easier for people and businesses to migrate
b. This also helps to receive customized notifications and news direct to the telegram inbox
c. It also helps to create custom tools while also building social services that helps to integrate the messages received.
2. Step two: take advantage of the new folder system and have one folder labeled T-mail
a. In this folder all emails received in telegram will organize themselves here this will look like shown below
This is my screenshot on a folder i have organized specific groups to act like emails. Now i am able to work with my clients using telegram groups the way i was using emails in Gmail. All i have to do is create a private group and add them, the advantage of this above normal emails is i can add more people in one “T-mail”. This can't happen in traditional emails.
For instance my username is @researcher_perfect my email will automatically be researcher_perfect@telegram.org
4. Step four: making telegram support the pasting of none basic typing like hyperlinks etc. this can come as a future update which helps the users to add more references for convenient communication.
● Working online- in normal emails you cannot tell that a person is online and you have to use a chat app like telegram to contact them.
● App availability-telegram is available in all platforms as an app unlike Gmail which available in desktop as an app.
● Unlimited server storage – telegram provides unlimited storage which implies that all your messages, images and documents are saved in their cloud. This means that you can log in and out anytime from any devices without losing any data and there is no need for backup and data restoration.
● Media comprehension – T-mail allows the users to choose whether to compress images and videos or send them in uncompressed version. For instance, the user can send a raw jpeg images as they are or compressed. This happen when the user need to preserve the quality of the media send.
● Unlimited group member number capacity – T-mail can accommodate as many group members as possible and the admin or regulator can add or remove the group members at any given time. This in turn gives the admin the opportunity to control the T-mail group with ease.
Conclusion
Note this feature can be implemented as one of the premium features to add value to the existing telegram, server. This implies that the user can receive and send confidential messages while also connecting with different people from different social classes. I would love to help implement this since i have wide experience in working and conducting my businesses in telegram. This is because the use of telegram is more efficient as compared to emails in terms of app availability, server storage and regulation of the T-mail groups. The implementation of the T-mail server is also more convenient in terms of connectivity with clients and friends and hence effective business administration
