Subject: Feature Request: Private Topics within Groups (Admin-only access)
Description:
Currently, Telegram Groups with "Topics" enabled allow for great organization. However, there is a missing feature: the ability to restrict access to specific topics based on user roles or permissions.
The Proposal:
I suggest adding a feature that allows group owners to create Private Topics within a group.
Use case: Admins could have a dedicated "Admin Topic" for coordination and moderation discussions that is invisible to regular members.
Functionality: When creating or editing a topic, the owner should be able to toggle "Restrict Access" and select specific roles (e.g., Admins only) or specific users who can see and participate in this branch.
This would eliminate the need for creating separate "Admin Chats" and keep all community management tools in one place.
