Large communities on Telegram are currently forced to fragment. Administrators have to choose between a chaotic discussion group or an organized "Topics" forum that cannot be linked to an official announcement channel. This split confuses users and makes management difficult.
The Solution & Mockup Design
We propose the creation of a "Community Ecosystem" that unifies an announcement channel, a discussion group, and topics into a single entry on the chat list.
By tapping this single entry, the user accesses a Community Hub with three integrated sections:
Official Announcements: A read-only view of the channel, perfect for news and important communications.
General Chat: A space for open and informal community conversation, accessible directly from the Hub.
Organized Topics: A forum-like list of all created topics. Each topic has its own icon and an unread message count. Administrators can even add a lock icon to restrict access to certain topics (for example, for premium members or internal teams).
This structure simplifies navigation and offers a single point of access to the entire community.
Key Benefits
Total Simplification: Users no longer have to search through three separate chats; everything is centralized in one place.
Advanced Organization: Administrators can maintain order without sacrificing the spontaneous communication of the group.
Granular Control: Topic-based permissions allow for creating private or exclusive spaces for certain members, elevating the community's potential.
